Tator-Tot Hotdish

A Lutheran Potluck Classic

1 lb Ground Beef
1 can of drained french cut green beans
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 bag of froze tator-tots
Garlic powder, salt, and pepper (to taste)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a large skillet, brown the beef with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain fat.

Add drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and 1 1/3 cups of cheese. Stir ingredients until everything is mixed together and coated in the soup.

Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the mixture and then cover with a layer of froze tator-tots.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until tator-tots are browned.

  1. Oh Laureen I just can't get myself to eat ttc, but you could talk me into the lime jello with cottage cheese and pineapple. Is that you in a prior life, second from right?
